2. Dispatch Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons or unavoidable conditions, dispatch time may increase.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time varies based on multiple factors:
- Customer’s location
- Courier service availability
- Distance from dispatch center
- Weather, traffic, and operational delays
Typical delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days.
However, delays may occur depending on location and courier performance.
4. Tracking Information
Once shipped, customers will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link (if available)

If the customer is unavailable:
- The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
