Zebramart delivers products across PAN India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Dispatch Timelines

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• During peak seasons or unavoidable conditions, dispatch time may increase.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on multiple factors:

• Customer’s location
• Courier service availability
• Distance from dispatch center
• Weather, traffic, and operational delays

Typical delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days.
However, delays may occur depending on location and courier performance.

4. Tracking Information

Once shipped, customers will receive:

• Tracking ID
• Courier partner name
• Tracking link (if available)

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the customer is unavailable:

• The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Delays

Zebramart is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier operational issues
• Festivals, public holidays
• Extreme weather conditions
• Remote location logistics
• Government restrictions
